You are viewing a 1958 Chevrolet Impala convertible that we recently purchased from our good friend. This Impala was purchased by his dad in early 60s and he was the 2nd owner. This is a factory 348, 4 barrel, automatic. The casting number on the block is 3751872. Within the past 15 years his dad started to go over the vehicle, he had the motor rebuilt and had the vehicle painted. His dad past away 3 years ago and we purchased the vehicle to put back on the road. We changed the fluids, put new tires on the vehicle, we had to add fluid to the power pump for the top, went over wiring and started to drive the vehicle within the past three weeks. Things that have been replaced before we purchased include, gas tank, shocks, complete brakes, brake hoses, coil springs (front and back). We did do a tune up, on engine and rebuilt the starter. Currently the horn doesn't work, and fuel gauge is not accurate. Everything else is in 100% working condition, all lights, turn signals, speedo, radio, wipers, heater. The top has one small 1/2" tear, and the rear glass is very foggy and has cracks. The interior is in very good condition, no tears!!! Doors are solid and shut super nice and solid. All glass is in good condition and works. This is a power steering vehicle, the chrome and trim is in very good condition. The front parking lights lens does show age and stress. Again this vehicle has been painted once, and under the pass. front fender you can see evidence of mud on eyebrow of fender. There is also evidence of mud in rear quarters, and lower spare wheel well. Overall the convertible cleaned up super nice!!! We have a lift to put this up for complete inspection and also currently have tagged and titled in PA, and you are welcome to drive. This vehicle is being sold AS-IS, with NO Warranty. Please verify everything before bidding, we will make any vehicle inspection available all week. Please ask for any additional pictures, we will provide anything that is asked. This convertible works extremely well on the road, but it is not a full restoration piece, it is a nice all original driver. Please also read payment options. Again any questions or additional info please contact. Thank you for viewing and good luck on bidding!!!!
