World War I had come to an end several years prior, and the United States was enjoying its recovery from such a devastating war. Flappers and zoot suits were in no short supply, and the economy was still years away from its dramatic downturn that would come with the stock market crash in October 1929. Owners of a 1923 Dodge Touring car enjoy the blast from the past as part of those "good ole' days." Though certainly this is not among the most valuable cars in American motor history, it represents a unique time in our history. The 1923 Dodge Touring Sedan had a four-cylinder engine which produced just 25 horsepower. The Dodge brothers, who had so passionately grown their company into one of the most popular auto ...

Today, cars of the so-called "nickel era" between 1916 and 1928 are a wonderful way to get very road-worthy and attractive old cars at surprisingly reasonable prices. The Studebaker Big 6 was state-of-the-art in 1923, a car that included every modern piece of tech imaginable back then. 1926 REO T6 One of 3 made for the Worlds Fair Documentation included. This is a super clean car in every way please take a look at the pictures. But it is not running.I have tried many ways to get someone to work on it, with no luck, either everyone is gettingtoo old or had too much work and doesn't want to take anything in.So please look at the pictures. It is truly a beautiful car.I personally don't know much about this year model so it may be something simplebut it may not. Either way it is way worth taking care of. There is a $1,000 non-refundable deposit that has to be made at the end of the auction. If you are in the State of Tennessee you will have to pay sales tax before leaving with vehicle. There is a $99.00 Documentary Fee as well as the Tennessee Gross Receipts tax that is very small but everyone has to pay it whether in the state or out of state.

1929 Chevrolet AC Series Canopy Express Truck, upgraded 235ci inline six cylinder, 3 speed manual transmission on the tree, brand new brake master cylinder, brand new water pump, rebuilt starter, rebuilt carburetor. This is a great little truck, its the first 6 cylinder pickup truck Chevy ever made. These trucks were used to sell fruits and vegetables along the side of the road. The truck is very solid underneath, no rust or rot, the truck fires right up and runs and drives great. The engine idles smooth, the transmission shifts as it should and the clutch grabs nicely. This would be a cool truck to put a business logo on and use for advertisement. We had it parked in front of our shop for the holidays with a lit Christmas tree in the back and everyone loved it! Please feel free to ask as many questions as you can think to ask if youíre interested. I would be happy to take more pictures or video of any area you may want to see. If youíre local to Meriden CT, stop by, come see the truck ...

With the fascination of racing in the early 20th century the Model T is probably the first automobile that spawned a wide range of aftermarket accessories. Whether it was Henry Ford with his speed record of 60 mph in 1903 or the endurance of the Model T in the cross country race from New York to Seattle in 1909, America was already fascinated with the racing and the Model T. This car is a beautiful tribute to that era and was used by the previous owner on touring events and Ford gatherings throughout the U.S. This car is titled as a 1922 and has a clear Minnesota title. This speedster is all steel and is still powered by a model T engine. The pedals, brakes, etc are all era correct, this car is also equipped with an electric starter. ...
