In 1937, Oldsmobile was a pioneer in introducing a four-speed semi-automatic transmission called the "Automatic Safety Transmission", although this accessory was actually built by Buick. This 1938 has a 305-4V engine and a smooth turbo 350 automatic. Built with the frame and suspension from a ’84 Ford LTD full size station wagon, the rear ratio is 2:78. The master cylinder comes from a 1970 Ford Mustang along with the master cylinder. The fuel tank is a station wagon style with the pump in the tank.
