This is probably the cleanest survivor I have seen in many years. 100% original. There are some NOS tail lights, dash knobs, coil, points, trunk hinges, front grill and the center chrome strip. The trouble light in the picture is just as it came in the car For the restorer person I have access to a good exhaust manifold to be included if wanted. The original has a crack. For the street rod person I have a 9" ford rear housing and axles same width as the original rear end will include if wanted. Paint is not perfect but good enough that I would not do a repaint. At age 86 G Dad would touch up spots with a brush and some silver gray paint seen in some pictures. I think it adds to the character of the times. . It has been pointed out that this car is very rare for San Antonio ,Tx. there are 4 military bases here. It must have been hidden away because the military picked up all the late model cars, painted them military green and used them at the beginning of WW2 The owner would get a small ...

Up for sale is my 41 Plymouth Business coupe. I am offering this up because I am moving soon and besides other projects, this is one more thing to find space for. If it doesn't sell, it will become a bitchin' custom next year. The body has never been hit and is in great shape with almost no rust and only a few dents. I sanded one side down to see what I was dealing with and am happily surprised. The surface rust and old layers of paint reveal good strong metal. It has a 46 dash but comes with the original dash, has all the door handles and window cranks, good seat, all new glass, (pass window is cracked) new fuel tank, new wire kit, new Universal Lester Bias Ply tires on original (sandblasted) rims, rebuilt original engine runs great, has new throttle cable kit, new battery, new fuel and brake lines, dual circuit master cylinder, front disc kit, aluminum radiator, turn signal circuit added, all 12 volt now, new hood latch and cable. For a pre war car it is in great condition, but there ...

1938 Plymouth Pickup. This truck was disassembled about 10 years ago in preparation for a frame off restoration. The frame was sandblasted and painted. Most drivetrain components are new, including: Drums were turned, Brakes relined, new wheel cylinders, new master cylinder, new brake lines, brake hoses, u-joints, Springs, Shackles, muffler, tailpipe, Good Year 6.00 - 16 tires installed. The seat was re-upholstered, not installed. Engine work included, removing head, to replace gasket and paint prior to installation. The carburetor was rebuilt, new points, new condenser, radiator was flushed, pressure tested and painted. The motor was fired back at that time. Also some body work was performed back then, then the project set for about 7 years. When I got it the cab was just setting on the frame, the bed was leaning against the wall, and parts were scattered everywhere. I replaced the cab corners, lower back of cab and lower cowls with new patch panels. The splash Aprons are also new. The ...

Up for sale is my friend's 1939 Plymouth Coupe which he has owned and loved for over 5 years. It has always been kept in a heated garage.Just a point of information.the water in the back round is a fresh water lake, not salt water. The reason he is selling his car is he has cancer. He had the car gone over mechanically last month. At that time, they replaced the alternator and belt. Also, replaced engine oil and filter and transmission fluid with full synthetic. There was a new battery installed last summer. Other than that the car has been problem free since he had it. He bought the car from a dealer on July 1, 2014. Reading from the paperwork, the 350 engine was re-built approximately 20,000 miles ago.It has all new wiring harness. It has a heavy duty aluminium radiator with a electric fan. It has a manual valve body 350 transmission. Has a separate transmission cooler with electric fan. Has a Chevy 12-Bolt Heavy-Duty Posi 373 gears rear end. Has a new balanced drive shaft, new speedway ...
