For sale is a completely restored 1972 Volkswagen Beetle. Restoration took place about 4 years ago and has been meticulously maintained since completion. It has always been garage kept and under a cover. The odometer reads just under 73k miles and is believed to be the original milage. The exterior of this car is in great shape with no body damage or dents. The paint is near perfect aside from an inevitable, very small rock chip here and there. The underside of the car has absolutely no rust. It is never driven in the snow or rain. The battery tray is rust free as well. All chrome is like new. All windows roll up and down as they should. The top was hand made specifically for this car and it is perfect. There are no wrinkles or imperfections, it fits like a glove. The interior of the car was very well done. There are no rips or abrasions in the upholstery. The front seats fold up smoothly for back seat access. The headliner is tight and very clean with no stains or marks. The carpet is ...

Interested in this car, call eight64-321-2096--What we have here is a nice bug it was restored years ago, it has been maintained well. It was maintained well because it has been the car of 2 daughters of car guys. and any father that can afford to will not send his little girl out in junk, so this ant junk. I got it from a car guy in Alabama who maintains a fleet of classic and hot rod cars for a wealthy chap. His daughter wanted a classic bug because her dad drove one as a daily driver and she liked the "Herbie" movies. His daughter drove it several years then got married to a local guy and had a kid. V.W. bugs and child car seats don't mix so well, so she gave it back to her dad and i got it from him for my daughter because my daughter liked the Herbie movies. Here's the recent history on it. We have owned it about 4 1/2 years we drove it daily for nearly 4 years then it developed a vibration. My wife would not allow our daughter to drive it until i fixed it. But not being a trained ...

I sat in the backseat the day my father bought this car brand new in 1972 and it has been in the family since. It was his baby and he took care of it meticulously, his only mistake was allowing me to drive it in high school and college and well, I treated it like a college kid meaning I had a few fender benders - nothing major just a little bondo here and there along the way. It was originally yellow, he had it painted blue along the way and put a new blue top on (which is still in great shape with very little fading (minor spots)). He kept it stored from around 1990-2008 when he finally decided I was adult enough to have it again. In 2011 I had the car repainted and new interior and it has mostly sat covered in my garage. I chose the white so it would match the blue top and it looks really great (like an older Porsche). Been driven a couple times/year since. It looks amazing, I have several high-end cars (911 Turbo, Jag F-type, Corvette) and It amazes me the amount of attention this car ...

This is a 1972 VW Westfalia bay window. I have had this Westfalia for a couple years and over all good condition for its age. I have only it locally for marketing and no longer need it so passing it along. What I do know about the bus it has been switched from fuel injection to a carburetor, newer battery, and newer top canvas, and outside paint, and tires within the past 4 years. overall straight body looks good would not call it a show car but nice looking as seen in the pictures inside original front seats apear to be newer in nice condition the back seats are original as pictured look good a few small tears in the fabric. The back seat does fold down to sleep 2 the top does have a cot it does have a tear in it, would sleep i up top in the cot. All the lights horn speedometer work, does have a radio in it but not hooked up. The bus does run engine sounds nice and smooth, breaks work good, I have only driven this bus locally for local marketing events, other than that bus sits in my ...

1971 Volkswagen Super Beetle Convertible. Runs and drives nice. Super fun little car to cruise around it. New suspension, shocks, struts, and steering gearbox. Engine was rebuilt a few years ago, runs well. New clutch. Brakes are good. Interior seats, carpet, dash and convertible top are all in really nice shape. I had the seats reupholstered with the correct VW basket weave material about a year ago. Floors are solid.Paint is in nice shape, shines well, it's about 6 years old. the folks I bought her from had her dismantled and repainted. There is a dent on rear section of front right fender from something falling on it in the garage (Pictured) and a ding on the rear bumper. She has a few other scratches, nothing serious. Overall, a solid little Beetle. The radio does not work. It turns on, but no sound comes out. Shows 67k on the odometer, I was told that this was original (60k when we bought her), but can't verify. Title is clean/clear and in my name. I purchased her in Mississippi a ...

Up for bid with a low reserve is a 1973 TRUE VW Beetle. Flat screen windshield . NOT a super beetle. This BUG gets a lot of attention wherever I go and especially at gas stations when people would come up and want to ask questions etc. It's a blast to drive and sounds real cool. It runs and drives and was a daily driver until I retired 3 years ago. It is currently on a California NON-OP permit with NO back fees and it has a CLEAN title. There are many new parts . Almost $1700 worth in last 3000 miles. New tires 3000 miles ago. New generator , coil , ignition , Kennedy Clutch , carburetor , chrome parts and more. The body appears straight and I am not sure if it has ever been in an accident. I used to drive 42 miles one way to work on the highway and it travelled straight. I averaged 25 miles per gallon. Also I had to add oil once in awhile as the valve cover gasket leaked which I replaced but it also leaks on other places on the engine , I believe. It's like an old Harley. I had TWO experts ...

This is a real German 1962 15 window bus. I have owned it for about 5 years and just cannot find the time to finish it. I have another Kombi and have decided to devote my time and energy into it. This auction is for a Deluxe 7 passenger bus, Turkis and Blue-White, and most of the hard to find parts are included. It has the original hump back seat, and the original back seat, both have been re-covered many years ago. The belt-line trim is included. Both deluxe bumpers are included and are in nice shape, with a couple of minor dents. The splash pans are intact. The original jailbars are all there with all the bits and screws. All of the dash is intact with the gauges and switches I got with the bus. The wiring is out of the dash and will need to be gone over. The parcel shelf is solid and it has a nice radio delete plate. I sourced a proper deluxe clock that looks real nice. It has had a good amount of metal work completed but it is not finished yet. The front nose skin was tacked in place ...
