This vehicle has a solid body with rust confined mainly to the floor. Partial repairs have been made to the lower body. The body has a welded in jig to keep the doors aligned, which close as they should. I am not sure if the paint and upholstery is original. The jack is in a storage bag and I also have a new gas tank with gauge. The top frame is excellent with good latches. This vehicle should run with a gas can under the hood. The true mileage is unknown. Call Dick at 225-921-8282 with any questions. I do NOT text. Many thanks!

As you can tell by the picture of the engine compartment, I drive it very often. I live on a dirt road, which is why its a bit dirty. I will get it professionally detailed before delivery. It is a 1948 Willys Wagon that still has the original frame, suspension and brakes. At some point someone installed a Ford V8 along with a manual transmission. Whoever did the work did a really great job. If you didn't know better you would think it came with this engine from the factory. It also has a Vintage Air AC system which works great and was recently serviced by a Vintage Air dealer in Central Texas. There is a little bit of rust under the paint on the bottom of the doors. If you look closely in the pictures you can see it. The only other place that has rust is the bottom of the tailgate, on the inside. Its not bad, and is a very common problem with these trucks. The floor boards and all other areas have no rust and are completely solid. The badges on each side of the hood are wrong. They indicate ...

Stylish yet built to work hard, these tough little wagons provide the kind of nostalgia that drives the hobby, yet still make sense in today's world, something that can't be said of many hobby vehicles. It's impossible to ignore the Jeep DNA running through this wagon's veins, although it was the upscale, suburbanized alternative to WWII's favorite 4x4. The light-colored "frames" were perhaps meant to recall wood wagons of ...

1949 WILLYS CJ3A FIRE ENGINE JEEPBOYER CONVERSIONVERY COMPLETE AND ORIGINAL We are Classic Military Vehicles, Inc 1949 Willys CJ3A Fire Engine Jeep. This is a Boyer conversion. This jeep is very complete, original, and unrestored. This jeep has less less than 3200 miles on the odometer. Lots of the original accessories are still place. I understand that some of the nozzles are collectible. The jeep has been in long term storage since it was taken out of service in 1980. The jeep is not currently running but the engine is not stuck. It will turn over by hand. The jeep was driven into the storage building that I found it in. I bought this jeep from the first civilian owner. Since this is an all original jeep, I have done nothing to it. I have not even washed the nearly 40 years of dust off of it. You are getting a very complete and untouched original fire engine jeep here. The jeep has virtually no rust on it. The floors are nice and solid and the floor hat channel supports underneath are ...

1948 Willys Overland Jeepster with overdrive in excellent condition. An older restoration that spent most of it's life in southern California. No rust, runs good, brand new interior and boot. Top is older but does not leak, side curtains are in excellent condition. Has the original 6 volt system and a 6v to 12v up-step converter was recently added to support the new AM/FM/CD player with USB port. There are a few minor surface scratches and imperfections but paint is good, shines and looks great. Actual mileage unknown. These early Jeepster's are rare and increasing in price. An excellent investment and a fun car you can enjoy driving, TURNS HEADS! Would consider trades for another restored classic or a lower mileage Porsche Cayman. Payment to be make within 7 days and pick-up and shipping are the buyer's responsibility. Listed locally.

SPRING is in the air!!! Don't wait!!! 1953 WILLY'S PICKUP with STAKE-BODY conversion. One of a kind, PLUM, head turning, trophy winning, sweet drive. This truck was restored from the frame up in 2002, has placed best of show many times and given me years of loyal, absolutely joyful FUN. As a builder/designer of historic buildings, it has serviced me well and turned many heads along the way. Reliably runs through the worse weather and conditions to fulfill it's duty of helping me in my business. My father took it to about 8 car/truck shows 2003 to 2010 and came back with a trophy from every show, bar none, including best in show. I used my Willy's for light duty on nice days from my garage and work site to a local Home Depot 2010 to 2014 and put on about 5,000 miles with more than 5,000 waves and smiles along the way. My cost to rebuild in 2002 was about $40,000, but now because I am selling my 6 car garage house, something has to go. My loss is your treasure. The drive train is all original, ...
