I am selling my wonderful 1955 Nash Rambler, the last year of this make and model. If you are shopping for a classic car in this era, you will already know that 1956 and newer Ramblers are plentiful, the 1955 is very rare. A quick story, I bought the car about a year ago from an elderly gentleman. I had full intentions of bringing it to excellent condition, but two back surgeries brought me to a halt. That is why I am selling the car. Here is what I know:The body is very nice and maybe has one flaw I can see. I show it in the photos. The engine runs smooth as does any straight six, a bullet proof engine. I bought a NOS carburetor and put it on, before my surgeries. The interior is wonderful. The headliner is very nice and the dash looks good. Tires seem fair, but could be replaced if it becomes a daily driver, up to the new owner. The exhaust was redone and it runs a good old cherry bomb muffler to give it that old school rumble sound. I took a photo of the underside to see the muffler system. There ...

1962 Nash Metropolitanmost mechanical work has been done Front suspension fully rebuilt.new bushings in rear suspensionnew wheel bearings all aroundnew clutchnew brake master cylindernew stainless steel brake linesnew fuel sending unitnew gaskets in transmission new gaskets in enginenew electronic ignition and flame thrower coil (original points are included)new Weber 34 ICH carb (comes with original carb and oil bath air cleaner) Weather stripping isn't great but I never drove it in the rain so it didn't bother me. Was repainted years ago and some paint is chipping. Major issue is both rockers need replaced since they are pretty rusted.also the carb needs rejected to a smaller jet there is a stumble under load. Jet kits are availiable for the weber carb. Only reason for selling is because my kids in car seats don't fit in the back seat.

1957 Nash Ambassador Custom Country Club Hardtop Cosmetically restored and fitted with AC, power windows, power steering, power brakes and more! One of only 997 built for 57! Designed by Pininfarina! When Nash-Kelvinator merged with Hudson in 1954 to form American Motors Corporation (AMC), it was essentially a last-ditch effort to put together the efforts of the independents. Among the innovations credited to Nash was the first fully integrated heat/vent/AC system entirely contained under the hood of the full-size Ambassador (that sold for only $345). This was a huge selling point and brought AC to the masses when Ford had yet to offer factory AC. Unfortunately, the Ambassador came to an end in 1957 but went out with a bang, with two- and three-tone paint schemes and styling by famous Italian design house Pininfarina, who had only collaborated on a few cars with Ferrari at this point in time. We are very excited to offer this 1957 Nash Ambassador Custom Country Club Hardtop! The car is ...

YOU CAN OWN THIS CAR This is an eye catching car show winner, 1954 Nash Metropolitan, Model #541, Body Style 7931, Custom Paint Candy Apple Red with a White Convertible top. I have owned this car for 14 years. This vehicle is in excellent condition and has been a multiple show winner. The engine is a 1500cc Austin Healey 4 cylinder original stock engine with a 3 speed manual transmission that is in excellent running condition. While I have owned the car, I have restored this car from the ground up. She starts and drives like new. The Original Radio Still Works. She is mostly stock except for paint, some chrome in the engine compartment. This vehicle is for sale locally and I reserve the right to withdraw this listing if the vehicle sells locally. This vehicle is available for inspection and encouraged prior to bidding. This vehicle is sold "as is". Don't miss this opportunity to make someone happy by owning this well fun and exciting classic Nash Metro.
